The new energy vehicle industry in China is experiencing explosive growth. Dalian ZWZ Group is fully utilizing its years of technical accumulation and product experience in supporting bearings for high-end passenger cars in Europe and America, accelerating its entry into the new energy vehicle bearing market, and achieving the goal of transitioning from fuel vehicles to new energy vehicles in the automotive bearing sector. As of now, the company has achieved mass production of over 10 specifications of new energy vehicle bearings.

A well-known automotive parts joint venture is an international first-class supplier of intelligent transmission and drive systems. ZWZ Group has been supporting a certain specification of bearings for its new energy vehicle project, which started mass production in September last year. Currently, the monthly demand is tens of thousands of sets. The product of this project will be platformized and borrowed from other projects in the future, with broad market prospects. The new energy vehicle bearings supporting its other two projects have both been mass-produced, with a monthly demand of over 2000 sets.

Two specifications of ball bearings were supplied in bulk last August to support the micro face project of a leading domestic new energy vehicle electric drive enterprise, with a monthly demand of about 5000 sets. The four specifications of bearings supporting its off-road vehicle project are currently in the sample testing stage and will be supplied in bulk this year. At present, ZWZ Group has entered the new energy motor bearing supplier procurement platform for this customer, and there are multiple projects undergoing technical exchanges and quotations.

In addition, ZWZ Group provides two specifications of bearings for the new energy passenger car project of another domestic new energy commercial vehicle drive system manufacturing enterprise. They started mass supply last year and currently have a monthly demand of thousands of sets. We have completed the PPAP operation approval process for supporting bearings for domestic well-known brand new energy passenger vehicle projects at the beginning of this year and are currently preparing to enter the mass production stage. ZWZ Group has also completed the development of supporting bearings for multiple new energy vehicle projects and provided samples.
